I work on a simple idea: most organisations already have the answers buried in their processes – they just need someone to map them, improve them, and make them intelligent. Flowline is the portfolio where I bring that work together.
Flowline – for the process flows that run across every organisation. Every function, every team, every customer interaction follows a flow. I make those flows visible, structured and improvable.
Ready for what's next – the organisations that will thrive are those that build a process baseline today, ready for AI and automation tomorrow. You cannot automate what you have not first understood.
Together: an approach that bridges the gap between how your business works today and how it needs to work in an AI-enabled world.
I document As-Is processes at the level of detail that actually drives decisions – not too high, not too low.
I identify gaps, inconsistencies and risks, and define the To-Be target state with clear ownership and governance.
I identify where RPA and AI can deliver the highest return – and produce the business cases to make it happen.
I structure the process estate so it can be understood by AI tools – making the organisation genuinely AI-ready.
Twenty years of enterprise transformation across financial services, central government and regulated utilities – from first workshop to governance-ready delivery.
Owned the Update Plan Details L3 process end-to-end – 19 BPMN L4 maps and 57 L5 processes (with their associated SOPs) consolidated, cutting maps and documents by 60–70%. Consumer Duty alignment across four outcomes.
Full-time carer for my mother from 2009 until she passed away in early 2020, with short part-time BA engagements where I could (Morrison Utility Services, Melius Finance). After a short period out in 2020–2021 following bereavement and a move to Middlewich, I spent 2021–2025 in operational roles across regulated North West construction sites (Leighton Hospital, GMI Construction, Bentley Motors, Moss Civil Engineering, Elliot Group) – audit-heavy environments that kept my stakeholder-management and documentation discipline sharp. Returned to business analysis in March 2025.
